Can I come accompanied by my lawyer?
Yes, the parties have the right to be accompanied by a lawyer, provided both parties are represented. If one of the parties does not have a lawyer, the other lawyer may not assist their client, based on the principle of equality.

What happens if one of the parties does not wish to participate in the alternative means?
Alternative dispute resolution methods operate on the principle of voluntariness, so it is important that the parties seeking our services do so voluntarily. If this is not the case, the alternative methods cannot be implemented.

Can I use everything said in the sessions within a trial?
No, confidentiality is an equally important principle within alternative dispute resolution. Everything discussed in the sessions is private, and the disclosure of the information discussed is strictly prohibited by law.
